Shipping & delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each hoodie is made-to-order. We typically dispatch in 5–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes about 4–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email.
How much is shipping?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Flat shipping ₹99 across India.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Currently we ship within India only.
Orders & payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net-banking.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If the order is still in processing (before it ships), we can change sizing or cancel. Email support immediately with your order number.
Returns, exchanges & cancellations
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery. For all other reasons (fit/style), we offer size exchanges — customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty.
How do I initiate a return/exchange?
Contact support with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll confirm and share a return label or instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancels are possible while the order is in processing. If the order has shipped, we can’t cancel but you can return/exchange after delivery (subject to policy).
Product & printing
What fabric are your hoodies made of?
320 GSM bio-washed fleece (soft, durable). Inside fleece finish for comfort.
How is the print applied?
DTF (direct transfer) print — long-lasting, won’t crack when cared for correctly.
Will the print look exactly like the mockup?
We match the mockups closely, but screen displays vary. Colours may differ slightly due to monitor settings.
Can I request custom text or changes?
Not currently. We’re focused on designed collections. For custom work, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Size & fit
How do I choose my size?
Our hoodies are relaxed unisex fit. Use the size chart if you prefer an oversized look, choose one size up.
Do you ship samples?
Not at the moment.
Discounts, Stock & Support
How does WELCOME10 work?
WELCOME10 = 10% off on your first order. It applies to the entire order and is limited to customers who haven’t purchased before.
What happens if I order an out-of-stock variant?
We prevent checkout for variants that are marked unavailable. If an order was placed for an out-of-stock item, we’ll contact you to offer a swap or refund.
